This Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

1.1 Information You Provide

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, first name, and last name.

Life Strategy Data: Our core functionality involves collecting personal development information you voluntarily provide, including your core values, energy givers, energy drainers, non-negotiables, and strategy narratives. This constitutes sensitive personal information reflecting your personal philosophy and mental state.

Daily Check-ins and Journaling: We collect energy levels, journal entries, reflections, and key insights you record through the Service.

AI Coaching Sessions: When you interact with our AI coaching features, we store your prompts and the AI-generated responses to provide and improve the coaching experience.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Technical Data: We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type, user agent, access times, and pages viewed. This information is used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

Cookies: We use essential session cookies (such as authentication cookies) to keep you logged in and maintain your session. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function and do not require consent. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To provide, operate, and maintain the Life Strategy OS application, including generating AI-powered coaching responses and life strategy content.
• Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and communicate with you about your account.
• Payment Processing: To process subscriptions and payments through our payment processor.
• Communications: To send you transactional emails such as password resets, magic links, and account notifications.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with the following third-party service providers who process data on our behalf:

3.1 Payment Processing (Lemon Squeezy)

We use Lemon Squeezy to process payments and manage subscriptions. When you make a purchase, Lemon Squeezy receives your email address and billing information. We store only your Lemon Squeezy customer ID and subscription ID; we do not store credit card numbers or full payment details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs their use of your payment information.

3.2 AI Services (Google Gemini)

We use Google's Generative AI API (Gemini) to power our AI coaching and strategy generation features. When you use these features, your text inputs are transmitted to Google's servers to generate responses. We configure our API usage so that your data is not used to train Google's models. However, please be aware that no AI system is perfect, and you should avoid entering highly sensitive financial, medical, or confidential information into AI chat features.

3.3 Hosting Infrastructure (Fly.io)

Our application and database are hosted on Fly.io servers located in the United States. All data you provide is stored on these servers.

3.4 Email Services (SendGrid)

We use Twilio SendGrid to send transactional emails including magic links, password resets, and account notifications. SendGrid receives your email address for this purpose.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You may request account deletion at any time, which will remove your data from our active databases. Some information may be retained in backups for a limited period or as required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication mechanisms, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 All Users

• Access and Correction: You may access and update your account information through the Service at any time.
• Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at admin@lifestrategyos.com.

6.2 European Economic Area, UK, and Swiss Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

We use this information for the purposes described in Section 2 and share it with the service providers described in Section 3. We retain personal information as described in Section 4.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is no accepted standard for how to respond to Do Not Track signals, our Service does not currently respond to them. However, we do not engage in cross-site tracking or advertising.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
