How to interpret your Alignment Audit scoreClick to expand

What does the percentage mean?

Your percentage shows how much of your waking life (112 hours/week) you're investing in each priority. If your #1 pillar shows 5%, you're spending about 5.5 hours per week on what you ranked as most important.

What's a good alignment score?

There's no universal "good" score—it depends on your season. In Survival mode, 5-10% on your top pillar may be realistic. In Growth mode, aim for 15%+ on your #1 priority. The insight isn't the number itself; it's whether your time allocation matches your stated priorities.

What does "default mode" mean?

Default mode is time not consciously allocated to your top priorities. It includes work overflow, passive consumption (scrolling, streaming), and reactive tasks. Some default time is necessary—the question is whether the ratio feels intentional.

Why does the tool suggest +3 hours?

Three hours is a meaningful but achievable experiment. It's roughly 20 minutes per day or one focused block twice a week. Small reallocations compound over a season into hundreds of additional hours on what matters.
